Dry, Flaky Skin

We have a doe that is pregnant and has very dry, flaky skin.  My husband has looked at the flakes under the microscope and says that he cannot see lice.  The flaky skin is even above her eye lids and under her chin.  Is there something to give her? W

Selenium Vitamin E gel

What are the thoughts on this?  I ordered some and after getting it, it only has 23.2 mcg per 2 ml and says to dose at 4 ml - for an adult - what size adult??  doesnt say.

 

it says to use a sole source of selenium and dose 1x every 30 days.
