Does anybody have suggestions on how to milk kicking goats? Already tried the kickers that you buy and that was a waste of money. She got them off in a second.

I'm so frustrated with my doe!!!!! She's a bad milker, she just won't let her milk down for hand milking or machine. Baby is weaned and she is huge with milk, meets me at the gate asking to be milked but trys to kicks the milk pail across the barn.
