So after trying to breed Piper two times unsucessfully (and waiting the full 5 months to find this out)...I brought over a friends recently castrated buck....and was amazed when she stood still and let him mount and service her...shock.....now I am wondering can she get PG by this guy....he was castrated about 2 weeks ago? This was a case of she looked like she had just gone out of heat the week before...
Any ideas...anyone...

What method was used for castrating? How old is the buck?
If she is coming into heat every week, however, she probably won't get pregnant, even with a virile buck.
If he was surgically castrated, as in his testicles have been totally removed, then there shouldn't be any way she can get pregnant from him. However, if she stood for him, then it sounds like you have a much better and more accurate idea of when her actual heat cycle might be?
