Understanding goat lingo.

I would like to understand goat talk a little better. I need to know if the goats I want to purchase are of good quality but I don't understand the descriptions. "very dairy, attachment, lineage,and such" is there a good book or web page that explains these terms, and things to visually look for when purchasing?
