I am curious about his being so wild! Did you buy him this way, if so how long have you had him or did you raise him? You said he eats mostly grass and hay, is he in a large pasture or what? What exactly does "sometimes some grain" mean, how much and how often? Too much grain can cause this however it doesn't sound like that is the problem, and parasites can also cause this. I assume that if he saw a vet and he gave you a dewormer, that meant he had a parasite problem at the time, in which case he really needs his meds. The problem will not just go away, and it can kill him. Did the vet do a fecal, if so what did he say about the results? And do you know if the vet checked his inner eye to a famancha chart? Are you working on taming him any or does it not seem to be a problem to you? It will be very hard for you to care for him properly if he remains wild. I can't quiet imagine how difficult it would be to have a wild buck. Is he used for breeding or what?
No, I have not yet checked for parasites, but last time I went to the vet, he gave me some Synanthic to use for deworming. I have not used it yet, because I was afraid it might give him diarrhea and because he is very hard to catch. May try tomorrow to catch him, if you think it might help. He is elven months old and mostly eats grass and hay, sometimes some grain.

A dewormer should NOT give a goat diarrhea. In fact, you should see those clumps turn into berries in a day or two.

It sounds to me like it could be a parasite load. Especially if there aren't other stressors involved.
