Any body have any ideas of what could cause this and what to do? She does not really seem sick symptom wise just a little lethargic.
May be pregnant and eats regularly just not aggressively. Yearling has had a horrible time with this, so bad one day, one nostril was closed off.
Not as bad as it has been at times but still has it after several weeks. Was having to wipe her nose good during the second week because it was so runny but not that bad anymore.
Wanted to let it run its course and not give the drugs, wondering if I made the right choice. Just really want to know the reason and what would have been the right thing to do.

when I was dealing with respiratory infection here with a goat - the vet gave me organic iodine (I saw it in Hoeggers not too long ago) - for congestion.
you would think camphor and menthol would be a great help - lots of water.... when mine had respiratory problems she had a very slight appetite and you could tell she didnt feel good. But that was a different thing....
When I was doing research for my book, I discovered that a head injury can cause a runny nose. Does she butt heads a lot with the other goats? Of course, dust is always a possibility, but not sure how she could wind up with dust bothering her if it isn't bothering the others.
There is an all natural thing you can get called Vet RX, which is just mostly camphor and menthol, and it helps with respiratory issues, just by opening up the sinuses so they can breathe better.
