    Yes, one of my does gives a little less milk during her cycle. In fact, sometimes that's the only way I know she's in heat during the spring and summer. It's not a huge decline, but it's noticeable for a day or so.

    Yes, it is so normal that there is a special code for it on the milk test report form. It usually only lasts for a day or two.
