Hi,
I know i've posted a lot latley but i'm still new to goat care and i just want to find out as much as possible before my goat (going to get anouther one with it most likey) comes home.
Alright so, as with all my animals i try to make a first aid kit.
I'd put stuff in it for miner Illness and emergenceys.
Here a list of the stuff i've got so far, but if anyone would like to add, or correct it i would really appreciate it!
-baking soda
-Tums (i heared that people crush them up and feed them for bloat)
- bannime
-rubing alcohol
-vet wrap (i have this on hand for my Mini horse but mabye a smaller size for goats?)
-Cotten balls or gauze bandages (for compressing or cleaning wounds)
-anti bacteria soap for me to use before and after dealing with wounds if nessary
-paper towels for cleaning up
That's all i can think of but i bet theres alot more.
Thanks Like i said before, any ideas are welcome!!

Thanks bunches!
Well, i don't have my goat(s) yet but i read about someone doing that, so i put it down. Thanks so much!
I have a list compiled HERE... It's pretty extensive, but I've listed the reasons for the things I have, and the reasons for the things others mentioned and I added to the original post. You can pick and choose what suits your needs.
As for the vet wrap, I would just trim down what you have if needed. I've never heard of using tums for bloat. Baking soda should work, and if you're having a regular issue with it, you should be looking at your feed, because they shouldn't be getting it a lot. One thing I would add to the list is Iodine.
