This is one of those "will probably sound stupid questions", but here goes anyway. HOW do I find out about where and when shows will be. I have been looking on the AGS/ADGA sites and don't see list of shows for the year. Is this info available somewhere? Am I stupid and just don't know where to look? Oh God, Help, how on earth will I ever be able to show a goat if I can't even find out where shows are? I don't know how to get a goat dolled up for a show! I would love to go to one asap. I did see something about one in Raymond, Ms. May 5th. Is there anyone who will be there? It is about 4 hours from me, so I don't know about going. I have so much going on right now. But I would love to go. I do want to find out about any that may be coming up before I go and miss a chance to go to one close to me, so if anyone knows the best way for me to find out about all of the shows I would really appreciate the help.

If you go on the ADGA home page and scroll down, there will be a "box" of Upcoming Events on the bottom right. If you click on View full calendar you'll be able to see the future shows. I'm not sure about AGS because I don't register through them. Plus, you could always Google "dairy goat shows in AL 2012" and find something. If you have a state dairy goat breeders club or association, they might have or know of some shows in the state. Hope you find something!
