Quicky hay feeder for free!

Material list: 1 pallet 2.5' x 8'                                               Time required: about a minute

                           4 haystrings

We moved the hay feeder to a different pen, so I needed a place to put hay for the 9 doelings, quick. We also happened to be in the yard examining a bunch of pallets, I had just gotten when the thought hit me. It is so easy and perfect for now. The pen side was a livestock panel, so they stick their heads through to eat anyway, why not just put the pallet against the panel and tie it with hay strings, then fill with hay. It worked and I love it.  And it holds so much hay! I think I could put a whole bale in there if I wanted. They love it too, and are all 9 over there eating. If you look close you can see a few tails!
