Okay, so I have two does that are about the same age. Fiona is larger and weighs more than Aurora. I let our Buck in with them back in late December and he was put back in his own section in mid march. Hopefully I will have kids in late may or early June. Im pretty sure Fiona is pregnant because her bag has dropped, she has started showing, and neither girl has let him mount him since late december, nor has either girl shown signs of her "monthly". My question is, do their "bags" drop at different times or is it more likely that Aurora didn't become pregnant since her "bag" hasn't dropped?

If you saw the buck mate them, just count forward 145-150 days to determine a due date. Udders on first fresheners are not as good at predicting birth as on senior does. If you stick your hand between their hind legs you should be able to feel a little bulge in the udder area a month before kidding. If it feels flat as a pancake, she is probably not due within the next three weeks. It progressively gets bigger until she kids.
Hmmmm... you left yourself a very large "might have kids" window... Did you witness breeding? In my experience, most of my doe's udders started to bag up about a month before they kid. Sometimes later, and sometimes a little bit earlier. Some does don't start to bag up until just before they deliver.
