I have a 10yo Nigerian Dwarf doe who was last bred 8 years ago. Has not been around a buck since then. About mid January she developed a full bag! We have had to milk her a few times because her udder was getting in the way of walking. I'm afraid she will step on it. When I do milk her I will get 2 full quarts. I am only milking a little normally to help with the pressure because we want her to dry up. Vet has been out and did hormone injections. No improvement at all. Any suggestions? i took this picture of her laying down this morning. I'm about to look for an orphan to put on her!

Oh- poor thing!
Here is a podcast about precocious udders with a vet who is a reproductive expert in goats. Hopefully it will help you with next steps, as well as give you some information on things you should and shouldn't do.
