Is this anything I should worry about, or is this just the body doing its thing? The delivery was uneventful, everything went great, she's eating, drinking, pooping, peeing--everything is fine except for the wet/dry blood I saw on the back of her tonight.

Clipping the tail and down her back legs and udder helps to make clean up easier. Some of my girls get pretty messy and we do the washing down twice a day to keep them clean.
Awesome, thank you! I am definitely seeing a lot of drainage over the last two days.
You will see discharge for about two weeks after kidding. It will be blood, mucus, or a combination of the two. Drainage is good. Better out than in! If it stays in, it can cause serious problems.
