New Doeling

Our first kid over a year ago, had her first kid.  We have a new doeling that is white and black.  She only had one, but she was perfect size.  Her new owner will name her.  We were surprised that she didn't give birth to more kids, because her mother has quads.  So glad that everybody is doing fine. :)

    congratulations! She is very pretty! Has me wanting another one since I didnt get to keep any after this last kidding. Guess we will see what happens in October!

    Congratulations! Yearlings often have only one kid, although the sire also plays a role in fertility. I have three does here whose sire's dam usually had quads and had six one time. Two of those does throw quads a lot, but one usually just has twins like her mama.
