I am just wondering what exactly are the health risks of drinking the milk of a goat that has recently been wormed? I know there is a 2 week milk withdrawl, but why exactly?

The chemicals from the dewormers pass through into the milk. Some of them may be chemicals that are either not good for humans, or haven't been tested. It will depend on the dewormer you use. Ivermectin, for example has been used in humans, but you won't know the dose you're getting in the milk.
Different dewormers also have different withdrawal times, and the same type of dewormer can have a different time depending on how you give it (orally, injectable).

That makes sense I guess. I am using oral panacure. I know I have heard 2 week withdrawl, but who knows.
