Hello all!
My name is Kirsten, and my husband Brad and I are awaiting our first Nigerians at the end of this month! Eleanor is a 3 year old doe who has freshened once. Rosie will be about 9 weeks old and is Ellie's half sister. And Shadow, little Rosie's brother who will be wethered, and a companion for the girls. Brad and I were only planning on two does, but Shadow stole our hearts. I was very happy to find this group. We have been planning their arrival for a long time now, and want to make sure we get off on the right foot. We have two boys, ages 12 and 4. Two dogs, one cat and a bunch of chickens at our little farm. We are hoping to start a small business with our ND's. Our hope is to improve our herd through very selective breeding, and provide our family with milk to boot! We have joined AGS, NDGA, and ADGA, and hope to one day be on test. I look forward to learning as much as I can from all the combined experience this site has to offer. Have a safe and wonderful summer everyone!

Welcome! I also recently joined the group and hope to start my own little ND herd next spring! I'm sure you will find this group as friendly and helpful as I already have!

Welcome to the group!!
Thanks everyone!
Margaret, yes, Rosie is the little white one. I think she just looks like a girl! Shadow is her brother, and is a sweet heart.
Hey, Glad you found us. They are all so cute! Those babies are just adorable. I am assuming that Rosie is the little white one and her brother is in the background. Is that right?
Welcome! Gld your here!
Thank you Dawne!
