Goat hair broken/eaten off?

I think one of my goats is biting the hair off of the others goats or maybe the hair is breaking/cut off. I don't know. They still have a very nice think undercoat but their long hair is now short. Anyone have any ideas what is going on? A few of the kids have a patch either on ther back or side. my wether has most of his right side gone and my buck is the same way. Come to think about it it is only my bucks that have this strange hair cut.

    They're tiny little bugs, and they're generally down at skin level, so you have to separate the hair and look for something to move. You don't usually know if it's lice or not until you see it move.

    what do the lice look like - I saw something crawl on my goats back the other day but I thought was that a flying thing that landed on her or did that just go under her fur???  I will add, that I have seen my doe walk up to her sister and take a bite out of her hair on the side. ?? mean girl.
