If the goat cannot urinate, that means he has urinary stones and you need to get him to a vet ASAP or he will die

We are an international group, so we don’t have any local vet recommendations for any areas. If there is a veterinary school at a university near you, that would be a great option because they have emergency vet clinics. I’d suggest checking google.
