I feed Elk Grove Milling Goat Pellets and Purina Goat Chow and my goats have a healthy nice coat and they are as playful as when I got them 3 months ago when they were 3 months old. The question I have is they haven't gotten any bigger since then, so should I be worried.

I like Payback Goat Minerals Plus better than, was going to say, Purina Goat Minerals - oops, you said goat chow. Anyway, those minerals are awesome.
I'm assuming you just weighed them in the past month? Too bad you didn't weigh them when you first got them. It sounds like they were pretty big when you got them, so it's possible they've grown more than you think. Have you checked their eyelids to make sure they're nice and bright red? If they're light pink, you could take a fecal to the vet to have it checked. Parasites would be the main reason they aren't gaining weight. But 30 pounds at six months isn't terrible. Actually 35 pounds at 6 months is good.
I weighed them through a four week period, one went from 28 lbs, to 30, then the other went from 33 to 35. They are sisters, there mother was only about 2 to 3 inches taller than them when I got them on September 3rd, they are almost 7 months old. On the 24th they will be 7 months. They eat and they are very active so I wasn't worried too much but I haven't seen much of a height difference.
If you're saying they didn't grow between 3 months and 6 months of age, then that is bad. They should have grown a lot. Have you been weighing them? If so, what's their weight now, and what was it at 3 months?
