I would like to buy a new tip for my disbudding iron. Right now I have the nigerian tip but I still think the diameter is too small for the bucklings. What do you go with-standard size or the large tear drop shaped buck tip? I disbudded my last buckling at 5 days and he still had small scurs just anterior to my burn site, so I had to go back again.

Thanks Rachel.
I think most NDG owners agree that a regular sized tip is the one to go with. Deb has mentioned that she does a "figure eight" burn on her bucklings to get the best disbud.
