I had a kid born on Sunday and two more today, Is it ok to have one area of my barn as a nursery for both does and kids or do they need to be kept seperated?

As long as the does are OK with it, I think it's fine. My breeder does that sometimes with kids that are a little older than yours, but if the does aren't aggressive with each other or the kids, I think you'd be fine.
