  • Thanks, Deborah.  I was going to stir fry it and add it to a pasta dish.  I ended up sharing it with a friend today instead, which was great.  I guess I'll just have to make some more. :)

  • It probably depends on what you were going to do with it. We've frozen it and later used it in a stir-fry and it was fine, but if you were planning to just slice it and use it with cheese, the texture might not be as appealing.
