On another forum, someone brought up that feeding alfalfa pellets or alfalfa might interfere with a doe breeding. Does anyone know if that has any basis?

It could, because it overconditions a dry doe, and it doesn't take much extra fat to keep a doe from being bred. Other than that, I'm not sure, unless it's the fact that the alfalfa can throw off the mineral ballance, which can cause some problems. I'm not sure if that's one of them.
