I'm hoping you all can help me with something.
I sent in my ADGA registration papers for Naomi, and ADGA sent me back an error report that says "The sire was not owned by breeder at time of breeding. A service memo may be needed. Expecting 0486050 - Riedel, Stephanie."
Since I'm new to goats (and registering with ADGA), I am not sure how to interpret this. I plan on calling ADGA tomorrow, but I thought I'd post here to see if y'all might be able to steer me in the direction of what I ought to do next.
Thank you so much for any help you can give me.

Thanks so much, Bev. I have contacted who I think was the owner of the buck at the time of breeding, I do hope they get back to me. If they don't, is there still a way that I can get a service memo? I have tried to locate it on the ADGA site, but to no avail.
Exactly what you are going to do. Sounds like you need to get a service memo from the owner of the buck at the time of breeding - but ADGA will tell you what you need. You can probably download a service memo or just call the buck owner and ask for one. Good luck.
