Can goats eat zucchini and squash? I have several that have grown out of control and are too big/tough to eat. I hate to throw them away and thought I would give them a little each day.

Also, you might consider drying it. I use my food processor to slice it thinly and dehydrate it. It makes great snacks as well as using it for soups, etc., later. I don't care for fresh zucchini but love the dehydrated chips.

I've offered squash to my goats in the past, but they wouldn't eat them.
I have a great recipe here for a zucchini spice cake with a chevre frosting!
