Sore Mouth in Goats?

Goose Girl has a small little bump on her lip. I immediatly thought of Sore Mouth, which out sheep have had in the past (none this year). Does anyone have any suggestions? Do you think it could be that or maybe a bug bite? Any thoughts? I know if goats have an open sores like sore mouth (which opens later in it's stage) they cannot attend fairs, which would knock out out big show next week - our only show of the year. :( Can anyone help me? This will be the last year I am eligible to take them to this show.

    Well, it is tiny and pink. Trent said his sheep started out white. But if it isn't sore mouth, what could it be?

    I've never had a case of sore mouth, so you're probably more qualified to answer this than I am, since you've had it in your sheep. Does it look the same? I know you must be freaking out since this is your last year to show in 4-H.
