I have a polled buck available out of ARMCH/CH Twin Creeks DJ Scandal *D and Pecan Hollow Draco. Scandal is on the small side, although Draco is right at the height limit. This little guy is looking smaller though. He was born in April. I'm in Illinois, but we can ship out of O'Hare in Chicago or Central Illinois Regional Airport in Bloomington. $500

He is a sweetheart! I don't know if I've just been lucky with all my bucks, but mine have all been very sweet. They're too sweet, really, considering they stink. They want you to pet them, and they want to rub their head on you, and they can be downright annoying. One of my other bucks is more aloof, and I don't mind. They're funny because they learn quickly that when you call them, they know WHY, and they want to go, so they're generally easy to handle for breeding. If you only have one buck though, you could take the doe to the buck's pen, if you didn't want to handle him. You're welcome to come over and meet him and see what you think of him. You can also meet his dam and sire. If you have any other questions, just holler!

What's his personality like? I am apprehensive of owning a buck and if I do get one, I want to make sure he is extremely friendly.
That is an excellent question! I don't think I've taken any pictures since he was an hour old and wasn't even holding up his ears yet. What's really funny is that he is very clearly a buckskin in those pictures, but he's chocolate now. His dam's papers say she's a buckskin, but she's been chocolate since I first laid eyes on her, so I guess it's in the genes. I will put it on my "to do" list to get a picture of him.
