My goats did have their hooves trimmed by their previous owner, but they are still so wild with me. While I am trying to get them to trust me so that it is not a completely traumatic experience, would putting a pile of rock amongst their toys help wear them down? I just don't want the growth to get out of hand, and I don't know how long it's going to take for them to really let me get my hands on them without a fight. I have a pile of granite that was supposed to be used for landscaping, but would make a great King of the Mountain pile.
