Hello Everyone!

Hello!  Just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself.  My name is Marianne and my husband Bud and I are planning on moving from sunny south Florida to Delaware within the next 2 years.  Once there, we are planning on raising nigerian dwarf goats and so we are trying to learn as much as we can about these amazing animals before we venture forward into goat-land ;)       Our plan is to become more self sufficient and live off the land as much as possible.  We are very excited and any information would be greatly appreciated.  I am sure i will be asking some pretty silly questions - so bear with me!  Im a Newbie!  Once i figure out how to post a picture ill do that too.

  • Welcome to the group! We started on the same adventure nine years ago and never looked back! We just figured out our total food produced for 2010, and it was 6,000+ pounds! That included a lot of ND goat milk! The breakdown is on the homepage of our website: www.antiquityoaks.com
  • Same to you!!
