So many people have emailed this to me or shared on Facebook, suggesting I start doing this. While it is tempting, I'm afraid my insurance company might not be crazy about it. I'd have to find a yoga instructor whose insurance company would list my farm as an "also insured" on the policy, which I bet most yoga insurance companies would not want to do.
Or butts you if you have your eyes closed.............or pees all over you...................!!!
LOL! There's no mention of what to do if your goat poops on you while you're holding your downward dog position.
And in case you need something nice to wear - goat yoga clothing!!
