Well, we took the plunge and purchased some more panels and brought them home today. We put them together with baling twine (temporarily) and put the two does and the buckling inside it. One of the does spent a lots of time bleating and complaining but also ate quite a bit. The little one raced around the pen. I will figure out the best way to attach three sides and listen to any suggestions. The fourth side with be fastens with clips so I can open and close it.
I am pleased so far.

If you are using the panels I think you are using, I use thick wire and it is tightly wrapped around the connecting panels with pliers. This keeps them very tight and secure.
We've used plastic cable ties, but they are definitely temporary. They only last a few months. WG4 has a permanent solution, and I think I've seen something advertised on Hoegger's website for connecting panels. I need to get something like this put together for my young bucks.
