I'd separate them now. It is not at all common, but I have had a couple 3-month-old does that came into heat. As for the buckling, there are people who swear they've had a buck that age breed a doe accidentally, but I've had six-month-old bucks that couldn't figure out how to breed a doe. It's really individual, so most people err on the side of caution.
