6.30am on the 21st Feb Elly had already given birth to a buckling I went back to the house to get the birthing kit and within minutes she gave birth to a little doeling! Branson, Violet and mum are doing great. Violet we did have to bring her into the house just to warm her up but she is doing great and was back with mum within an hour!
1am on the 22nd Feb Eva gave birth to a doeling. For her first time she did great not to much shouting only on the last push did she scream. After about 15 minutes Michael noticed another set of hooves! She then gave birth to a buckling. Kids have been named Cybil and Carson.
All mums and kids doing well. Have tried to attach photos to this but having problems! Have add a link to our farm page which has some photos up.
A huge thank you to all who have answered our questions over the last little while! Next thing to deal with is the ear tattoos and disbudding but one of the new owners is thinking of leaving them with horns so will find out on Monday if we need to or not!
