Dancer eating hair ???

Okay, this is odd.  Dancer was reaching over and pulling some hair off of Ginger a few days ago and thought nothing of it.  I thought nothing of it that first time thinking she was just being a pill.  I observed her doing it again and have several times since!  Is this a symptom of something or is she just being onery to her half-sister/aunt?

(And, no, nothing has changed with Ginger.  She came home on Feb. 2nd so if June 1st comes and no babies, we know the vet's shot did its thing thoroughly.)

    Read somewhere that it is a sign of zinc deficiency but don't remember where. I'm about to run out to ship goats today but can also look this up in the vet books later. I've never had a goat eating hair myself. Look forward to hearing if anyone else has experienced this.

    Forgot to say, Dancer is two years old, Ginger is three years old - doubt that makes a difference, however.
