Help! I'm wondering if I need to be worried, but the right side of Cocoa's bag is a bit firm, which is not usual, and she seems a bit sensitive during milking the past few days. Today was the first day I noticed a difference in her bag. Milk is fine, no clumps, but I am wondering if this is the beginning of something I should worry about. I want to cut it off at the pass if I can, if this is a sign of something yucky starting. Am I just to paranoid? Thanks

The only way to know is to do a CMT -- California Mastitis Test. If you can't find it in the farm stores around you, you can order it online through Hoegger, Caprine Supply, Jeffers, etc.
