Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats

for people who love the littlest dairy goats

Morning All,

I have chosen this year to not vaccinate my herd but I have several people who are having kids and want the kids vaccinated with CDT.  What age and dosage can I do this for the kids?  I for some reason have 2 and 6 weeks in my head and the normal dosage of 2cc but please correct me if I am wrong.

Thank you all for your time with this.

Most people recommend the first shot at 5-6 weeks of age with a booster about 4 weeks later. The date of the first shot varies a lot. However, the important thing is that a booster be given about 4 weeks later.

The dose is whatever is on the bottle. It's the same for all goats, regardless of size.

Thank you Deborah.
