I have a 7 year old doe, 10 weeks fresh, who has had clumpy poo for a couple of days. I did a fecal yesterday and again today and found only ONE egg that looks like it could be a brown stomach worm, an actual worm too, and some coccidia (about 4 or 5 per row on the McMasters slide). No other eggs. She's eating a lot of baking soda too. Her appetite is fine.
I brought the whole herd some pine boughs (just now) thinking if she has stomach worms it might help for her to have pine. I would prefer not to give her any drugs unless you think I should-- she is still nursing one and I'm milking her as well. Thoughts?

Bingo! You hit the nail on the head. She had been nursing twins so I wasn't milking her at night but giving her a bowl OFF the milkstand. She would go around after eating and eat the rest of the others' grain who weren't on the milk stand either. Starting yesterday I milked her on the milkstand and she got her grain there since one of her kids left. NO MORE CLUMPS this morning! Thank you, I hadn't even thought of that... ;)
It could still be worms, if it's been a few weeks since you gave her the COWP. Clumpy poop is usually either worms or too much grain, and I know you wouldn't be purposely giving her too much grain. Any chance she accidentally got into it? If so, it should clear up and go back to normal within 24 hours.
Hmm, I just gave COWP to her a few weeks ago. Thanks for the suggestion though. Maybe it's not worms but something upsetting her rumen?
You could try COWP first. That's what I usually do if a doe has mild symptoms of parasites.
