  You're a couple of steps ahead of us...we're anxiously awaiting spring, so we can get some fencing in and get a move on with things!  I'm really looking forward to milking when B and Scandal arrive, and it'll be awesome to have milk on a regular basis.  We've just defrosted some milk that we bought at a market last fall and have a pot of cheese-in-progress doing its thing now, but I can't imagine there's anything better than fresh cheese from your own goats.  And cajeta....mmmmm!  I hadn't thought about making that myself, but maybe...
