  Welcome!  Nice to have someone else to chat with from Maine.  I started last spring and am kind of winging it as I go.  I met another lady down here last fall and she has helped me a bit but there is so much to learn.  How far north are you?

  Especially if you want to see the new kids in late May-June.

  Cajeta is HEAVEN. Maybe my new favorite thing. 

  And easy as long as you have patience to sit at the stove.

  Love your site and its name! :). Looks like in many ways we are running parallel lives! We are dreaming of a state licensed cheese kitchen. 4 pregnant does due in May, so we are getting excited to be getting back to milking after a winter break. It is amazing how much I have missed it. Hope spring comes early in Houlton!
