Thanks again everyone.....my son actually took that photo. He used it for his 4H entry.....he won 2nd place with it! That is our little Liesel......she used to love to sleep in that bucket in the sun.
Glad you've joined us! While I do not fit into the category of "Seasoned Breeders", being a goat trainer not a breeder, I'd be happy to try andanswer any questions you may have on other goat subjects!
Hi there! Thanks for the warm welcome. My name is Michelle and I live on a little gentlemens' farm in CT with my husband and four children. We are just starting our journey with Nigerian Dwarfs.....we have 2 does who were just bred in Dec, one more who is going to be bred next month.....we have 5 doelings and a great "heat detector" wether. :) Very excited to learn more from the seasoned breeders here, pick your brains and have fun with this!
I homeschool my two youngest, I am in the process of selling two online businesses (trying to take a few things off my plate to give more attention our little herd......I can be a little quirky, but I keep it real. I do have a blog (Psalm 104:24 random thoughts from a not so random mom) also where you can learn a little more about me.
Can't wait to have some time (usually the early morning hours) to poke around and join in on the discussions.
Thanks again for making me feel welcome~
Blessings~
