The window is made from a left-over sheet of double layered poly I had after I built my greenhouse!

I didn't notice before, but is that a glass window?  If so, you might want to consider putting hardware cloth on the inside so they don't break it.  Just make a frame to go over the inside to stretch the hardware cloth on and fasten it to the wall.

I want to build something similar for the girls barn but their barn is much bigger and the boys really really needed more real estate. They sleep on it and play on it and I use a brush to brush the poop off into a bucket in the morning so it's not so disgusting ;) Their food bowls and mineral feeders are underneath the platforms so they don't get poop in them too. It's working really well.

This is a wonderful idea!

Early on, I built a sleeping "table" for my girls.  It was under that, sort of like in a cave, that Summer chose to kid last spring, way back in the corner.  They are going to have some shelves in the new barn.  My girls would never be happy without at least one now that they have had one. :-)
