A little about me: My husband and I moved onto our 80 acre slice of Heaven just over 6 years ago with the goal to be as self sufficient as possible.
We have always put in a big garden and canned the fruits of our labor. Moving here allowed us to have chicken ( the coop was finished before the house) a few years later came 2 Angus heifers and this year I got my goats. 1- 2 year old LaMancha/ mini LaMancha mix Buck 1- 8 month LaMancha/ mini LaMancha doe, and 1 - 8 month LaMancha/Nigerian Dwarf doe. All 3 came from my SIL who brought them out to us from Arizona, quite the trip for them and they seemed to take it well.
The buck is not related to the does so I will breed them the first year and I'll be looking for a LaMancha buckling this Spring for breeding and to keep "Buckley" company
Looking forward to continuing my education on the care and raising of my precious goats.
