i hope this is the link this guys name is marcel moise - in canada?? you could sprout anything.
my neighbor does this on a smaller scale for her goats - you could do grasses - sunflower - anything.
Thanks for sharing this Melissa. I have been asking around about this and no one knows what I am talking about. I would love to know how you sprout the seeds. You said it is barley, oats, and sunflower seeds, correct? Do you have a greenhouse?
