Copper Deficiency

Hello, we just rescued a buck Nigerian dwarf. His coat is completely white, I dont think he has a fish tail, the tip has hair, but the underside is completely bald. I am not sure if he has always been white or if this is a sign of copper deficiency. The previous owner said he has no problems breeding. Do you think he could be copper deficient? Or just has a white coat? Thank you, we are new to goats.See More

"We are new to goats as well and bought meadow grass hay, that was the only grass hay they feed store had. Is this going to be ok? Also what is the sea kelp for? We dont have that one and have not heard about that yet. Thank you for the help!"
