"We take our goats for walks in our woods regularly as well. They all stay together and near us. Ive only had one time that a baby (about 6 months old) found a patch of wild blueberries and stayed behind while the rest of us kept walking. Mom's…"

Deborah Niemann-Boehle replied to Judy Asarkof's discussion how much to feed a new mother?
"It's a good idea to give them 50/50 alfalfa/grass during pregnancy. If you have no grass available, alfalfa is fine during pregnant because they can generally use the extra calcium. Most grain recommendations say 1 pound of grain for every 3…"

Hi Judy, how did you choose your homeopathic vet? Did you just try one or was there a criteria that you looked for? Does he treat your goats or only your dogs? I have several animals that I've had a hard time keeping healthy and conventional vets have been little more than useless other than for finding out things that it's Not. :{ I'd really appreciated any info about this because I'd kind of given up looking for help for a couple of them, deciding that I just got ripped off from the breeder with unhealthy animals.
