Welcome to Mason Hill Farm!

We are a 29 acre farm in Connecticut that has been in my wife's family for over 50 years. Over that period of time our farm has been the home to many different farming operations. We are currently concentrating on growing organic blueberries and raising Nigerian Dairy Goats. In addition to selling our goats and goat products, we also plan to offer handmade items to other goat farmers such as hay feeders, milking stands, goat resting stands, small run-in shelters and any other items for raising goats that we come up with.

We have a large lot of blueberries that we plan to expand and a growing herd of  Nigerians Dwarf Dairy goats. We have three of our does breed for the spring of 2013 and are hoping for many babies. We never knew goats could be so much fun and enjoyable until we started our own herd and now we are hooked!  We fully believe that we can grow this into a very productive and profitable farming business.

We have found this site to be very informative and are so happy that we are members and can share our farming experience with you all. Please feel free to contact us at any time, we would love hearing from you. Look for us to be more and more active as our operations and goat experiences grow. We will be posting more information and pictures as they become available. Happy Farming!

Hello, my daughter and her family are considering growing blueberries for a u-pick farm, have any advice on that?   Last year we bought 4 nigerians and I just love them.
